We are very pleased that you are considering Diamond 4 as the venue for your event!

Diamond 4 is based in Muldersdrift - 37km from Johannesburg, 27km from Lanseria airport and 74km from Pretoria. The 21 hectares of land consists of a large hall and an expansive landscape – all exclusively yours on the day of your event.

Our hall can accommodate up to 600 guests, yet with a few clever modifications, we can host a minimum of 80 guests.

Our services include catering, décor, flower arrangement and state-of-the-art lighting. You are however welcome to make use of your own service providers, upon prior arrangement.

3 Course menu as listed on next page (excluded in case of self catering)

Additional costs to take note of

When own catering is done and the food is prepared in our kitchen from scratch, a kitchen surcharge of R3 000 (80-400 guests) or R4 000 (401+ guests) will be charged for use of the kitchen equipment which includes: 1 x gas stove with 5 plates, 1 x oven fitting 7 shaving dishes and 1 oven fitting 6 shaving dishes, 3 x freezers, 3m x 2m Walk-in fridge, washing liquid, cloths and buffet tables with table cloths. All other equipment for preparation of the food must be brought by the catering company!  Please let the caterers familiarize themselves with the kitchen before the wedding, as there won’t be any instructor/instructions on the day!

When own catering is done and the food is brought in already prepared, only needs to be warmed, a surcharge of R1 000 (80-400 guests) or R2 500 (401+ guests) will be charged for what is mentioned above.

When choosing your menu as a plated menu, an extra cost of R20 per person will apply.

Extra beverages must preferably be bought through Diamond 4 then no corkage will be charged. If Diamond 4 can't supply die specific beverage at the client’ request, they are allowed to bring it themselves, but a corkage fee will be charged as follows:

- Beers, Ciders (330ml):        R9 per bottle

- Cold drink cans (330ml):     R6 per can

- Cold drink bottles (1l or 2l):      R10 per bottle

- Champagne, Wine (750ml):   R30 per bottle

- Any spirits (750ml or 1l):      R100 per bottle

- Shooter/Liqueur (750ml):      R70 per bottle

A fee of R2 000 per hour or part thereof will be charged if the venue is still occupied after the 7 hours from guest arrival or after 24:00 - whichever occurs first.

 

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of R5 000 will secure the venue for the date specified.

(If the event is cancelled for ANY reason, the full amount above is forfeited)

An extra refundable deposit of R5 000 (80 - 400 guests) or R10 000 (401+ guests) is added to the total for any damages to property outside the normal wear and tear and will be deducted from this deposit worked on replacement value. The remaining funds will be paid back within 10 working days after the function date.

The remainder of the amount quoted and accepted must be paid in full 20 working days prior to the function date; otherwise the function will be accepted as cancelled.
