We are very pleased that you are considering Diamond 4 as the venue for your wedding!

Diamond 4 is based in Muldersdrift - 37km from Johannesburg, 27km from Lanseria airport and 74km from Pretoria. The 21 hectares of land consists of a large hall, indoor & outdoor chapel areas and an expansive landscape – all exclusively yours on the day of your wedding.

Our wedding hall can accommodate a minimum of 80 guests, yet with a few clever modifications, we can host a maximum of 600 guests.

Weddings 2021/2022

VENUE HIRE: R7 000 (PAYABLE TO SECURE A DATE – NON-REFUNDABLE)

Price per person per selected menu: (Mondays to Sundays)

Children under 3 are free

 Exclusive venue & chapel for 9 hours from start of ceremony/guest arrival

 Inside or Garden chapel

Furnished dressing rooms for bride and groom (excludes any drinks and eats - rooms only)

Standard draping, fairy lights & lighting inside venue

Gobo light for your initials on the dance floor

Inside area, jungle gym outside & jumping castle for kids

  Jungle Gym outside & Jumping Castle for kids

2 x Bubble machines at exit of inside chapel (optional)

Lectern, Red carpet, Registry signing table with 2 high back chairs in chapel

Silver easel stand and black zigzag stand for seating plan

Cake table and gifts table

Complementary Bridal Suite for couple night of the wedding, including breakfast basket

2 x Large silver candelabras, Chairs, white/black chair covers and tie-backs (organza) for chapel

Sherry/Punch and juice in garden seating area after ceremony

Chairs, white/black chair covers and tie-backs (organza) for reception

King & Queen chairs for bridal table (optional)

White/Cream/Black table cloth with overlay (organza)

Full stage (9.6m x 6m) - adjustable to go smaller = R1 500

For dressing room - coffee/tea,2 x champagne, juice,snacks = R1 200

 

 

Additional costs to take note of

Our minimum guest requirement is 80 (because of the large size of the venue), therefore if the venue is booked for less than 80 guests, a venue hire of R1 000 will be charged over-and above the R7 000 venue hire.

When choosing your menu as a plated menu, an extra cost of R25 per person will apply.

Extra beverages must preferably be bought through Diamond 4 then no corkage will be charged. If Diamond 4 can't supply die specific beverage at the client’ request, they are allowed to bring it themselves, but a corkage fee will be charged as follows:

- Beers, Ciders: R9 per bottle

- Water bottles, Any Cans: R6 per bot/can

- 1l or 2l of any bottles: R10 per bottle

- Champagne, Wine: R40 per bottle

- Any spirits: R120 per bottle

- Shooter/Liqueur: R80 per bottle

A fee of R2 000 per hour or part thereof will be charged if the venue is still occupied after the 9 hours from start of ceremony/guest arrival or after 24:00 - whichever occurs first.

Deposits & Payments

1. A non-refundable deposit of R7 000 will secure the venue for the date specified.

(If the wedding is cancelled for ANY reason, the full amount above is forfeited)

2. An refundable Breakage deposit of R5 000 (80 - 400 guests) or R10 000 (401+ guests) is

added to the quote for the following reasons:

2.1 Any damages / Losses to Property outside normal wear and tear will be deducted from

refundable breakage deposit, work and replacement value.

2.2 Any inconvenience caused or items asked by any supplier on day of happening will be

deducted from refundable breakage deposit

2.3 The remaining funds will then be paid back within 10(ten) working days after wedding /

function.

3. The FULL quoted amount must be paid in full – 20(twenty) working days prior to the

function / wedding, otherwise the function / wedding will be accepted as cancelled and any

/all money paid will be forfeited, and there will be NO refund.
